Source Access is an annual access program that allows clients to purchase furniture and décor through Source Decor & Design’s direct trade and wholesale vendor relationships. It includes access to better-than-retail pricing, procurement and order management, coordination with vendors, and light recommendation support when helpful.

Source Access is $125 annually. Most clients recover the access fee through savings on their first purchase, particularly for higher-value items or multiple orders.

You may request up to two complimentary pricing quotes before enrolling. If you decide to move forward with a purchase, enrollment in Source Access is required in order for Source Decor & Design to manage ordering, payment, and delivery coordination.

Source Access includes light recommendation support, such as suggesting comparable pieces or alternative brands when helpful. It does not include space planning, in-home consultations, or full design development. Clients seeking more hands-on guidance are a great fit for Design Support.

Design Support is a collaborative service for clients who want a partner to come alongside them and help clarify decisions, confirm selections, and move a project across the finish line.

Design Support begins with an initial engagement fee based on scope and includes hands-on guidance and sourcing support. When sourcing through partner vendors, clients continue to receive Source Access pricing.

Pricing reflects direct trade or wholesale cost plus a modest markup that supports sourcing, coordination, and communication. In most cases, pricing remains below traditional retail.

All pricing is shared clearly before any order is placed.

Payment is required in full before an order is placed.

Because items are ordered directly from manufacturers, Source Decor & Design cannot place orders without payment and cannot hold pricing or inventory.

All sales are final. Because items are ordered specifically for you through trade vendors, returns and exchanges are not accepted. This is standard for trade and wholesale purchasing.

We take care to confirm details such as size, finish, and lead time before ordering to help ensure confidence in your selection.
